A bamboo whisk crafted in the “Shin” (真 ) style
Product Details
Featuring fine, evenly cut prongs for smooth, consistent frothing. Designed for a balanced, elegant whisking experience, it produces a creamy foam while preserving the matcha’s delicate flavor and texture.
With its 80 finely crafted prongs, the RUMI Shin Chasen delivers the ideal balance—creating a silky froth for Usucha (thin tea) while also offering the strength and precision required for preparing Koicha (thick tea).
Care
To keep your Chasen Shin in excellent condition, we recommend soaking the whisk briefly in warm water before each use. This softens and prepares the prongs, helping prevent breakage during whisking. After use, simply rinse under running water and allow it to air dry on a whisk holder to maintain its elegant shape and extend its lifespan.
